Dr C. Raja Mohan is Professor at S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies, Nanyang, Technological University, Singapore and is acknowledged as one of India's leading foreign policy analysts. He has a Masters Degree in Nuclear Physics and a Ph.D. in International Relations. Earlier he was Professor of South Asian Studies at Jawaharlal Nehru University (2003-05) and Editor (Strategic Affairs) with the Indian Express and Diplomatic Editor and Washington Corrrespondent of The Hindu. Dr. Mohan was a member of India's National Security Advisory Board during 1998-2000 and 2004-06. His recent books include 'Crossing the Rubicon: The Shaping of India's Foreign Policy' (New York: Palgrave, 2004) and 'Impossible Allies: Nuclear India, United States and the Global Order' (New Delhi: India Research press, 2006).
